FMS Program Integration Lead

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your program management and project integration and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) expertise to support some of the Department of Defense's most complex international programs? As an FMS Program Integration Lead, you'll help manage the integration and execution of advanced defense capabilities that strengthen interoperability between the United States and its international partners.

In this role, you'll work alongside government case managers, program offices, technical teams, and industry partners to support the development and execution of FMS cases involving complex AEGIS, AUKUS, and Undersea C4I capabilities. You'll apply your knowledge of the AEGIS Program Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM), AUKUS Acquisition, International, Systems (AI&S), processes, Undersea C4I requirements, and Navy acquisition environment to coordinate the integration of C4I requirements across program stakeholders, develop and maintain spend plans, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), analyze case execution, and ensure case data remains accurate across FMS and Navy enterprise systems. You'll provide the insight needed to help program leadership understand case performance, identify execution challenges, and make informed decisions. From developing an FMS strategy, FMS case development, and reconciling case data to supporting program management and project integration reviews, your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of critical capabilities to U.S. international partners.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting Navy acquisition programs at the program office level, including PAE Mission Systems, PAE Undersea, PEO C4I, NAVWAR, or NAVSEA
  • Experience supporting programs offices with integration activities across the interagency an interservice environment, including SPACE FORCE, USAF, and DoS
  • Experience supporting AEGIS programs and working with the AEGIS Program Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) process
  • Experience developing, coordinating, managing and monitoring technical project team Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and execution to support AEGIS PARM related deliveries
  • Experience ensuring funding alignment for execution of IMS against annual spend plans, and delivery of capabilities and services for Partner Nations
  • Experience providing program management and acquisition management for C4I work related to AUKUS activities such as AUKUS Acquisition, International, Systems (AI&S) program office
  • Experience using FMS and Navy enterprise systems, including DSAMS, SCIP, MISIL, N-ERP, NEPS, or COGNOS
  • Ability to collaborate with case managers, program offices, financial managers, technical stakeholders, and industry partners to resolve complex financial and programmatic issues
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting PAE Mission Systems, PAE Undersea, PMW or other Navy ship integration and C4I program offices, including creating or managing NAVSEA Task Planning Sheets (TPS)
  • Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development, execution, reconciliation, or closure activities, including support for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), or other program and case execution reviews
  • Experience identifying C4I technologies for FMS delivery and developing an FMS strategy for delivery of those capabilities, ashore and afloat, that support submarine operations or are integrated into the planned submarine delivery
  • Knowledge of FMS policies, processes, and financial management requirements throughout the FMS case lifecycle
  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
