Brand Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO

Phil's BBQ is looking for an exceptional individual to be our Brand Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and become a trusted and integral part of the organization.  This unique position combines a high-level executive support role along with brand management, marketing, social media, corporate travel, event coordination, guest relations, community involvement, and special projects.

This position will work closely with the CEO and Ownership Group and entrusted with a wide variety of responsibilities requiring discretion, sound judgement, exceptional organizational skills, creativity, resourcefulness, an unwavering attention to detail and someone who naturally takes ownership.

If you have previous experience in executive support, business operations, marketing, communications, event coordination, travel execution and/or social media, this could be the ideal position for you.  Experience supporting a CEO, owner, executive or senior leadership is strongly preferred.  Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
