Project Manager – Residential Reconstruction & Remodeling

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction projects.

Our company has more than 50 employees and primarily serves Orange County, with projects throughout portions of Los Angeles, Riverside, and North San Diego Counties.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in managing residential construction projects from start to completion.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Experience in residential construction, remodeling, and/or reconstruction
• Strong knowledge of residential construction trades
• Excellent customer service skills and experience working directly with homeowners
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deadlines
• Strong attention to detail in both fieldwork and project documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple active projects
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Experience

The following experience is a plus but is not required:

• Insurance restoration/reconstruction experience
• Xactimate experience
• Spanish-speaking
• Existing relationships with qualified subcontractors to supplement company resources

Compensation

Total annual compensation: $75,000–$125,000, including commission.

Compensation consists of a base salary plus a commission structure based on project profitability. Actual earnings will depend on experience, performance, and the profitability of projects managed.
