Experienced Associate Dentist – Immediate Opening

San Clemente, California | Full-Time | W-2 | Up to $950 Per Diem or 30% of Production

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice in San Clemente, California, to recruit a seasoned Associate Dentist for an immediate, full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

This established two-provider practice offers comprehensive general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and endodontic dentistry. The ideal candidate is an experienced, well-rounded clinician who can independently perform all aspects of general dentistry, place implants, complete full-mouth cosmetic cases, and perform select endodontic procedures.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Full-time W-2 position
  • Team members arrive approximately 10 minutes before the first patient
  • Immediate opening

Compensation

  • Up to $950 per diem or 30% of production
  • Compensation structure based on experience and clinical capabilities
  • Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview

Practice Environment

  • Established for approximately 20 years
  • Two-provider private practice
  • Eight operatories
  • Approximately five team members
  • PPO, HMO, and fee-for-service patient base
  • Fast-paced, results-driven, and outcome-oriented environment
  • Comprehensive general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and endodontic services

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental conditions
  • Develop and clearly present comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide all aspects of general and restorative dentistry
  • Perform crowns, bridges, composite restorations, extractions, and removable prosthodontics
  • Place and restore dental implants
  • Diagnose and complete full-mouth cosmetic and restorative cases
  • Perform select endodontic procedures
  • Provide fixed and removable implant-retained restorations
  • Deliver Invisalign and other appropriate clear-aligner treatments
  • Manage emergency dental cases
  • Educate patients regarding their diagnoses and treatment options
  • Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
  • Provide compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality, productivity, and case acceptance
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and practice safety requirements

Requirements

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active and unrestricted California dental license
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Current professional liability insurance
  • Several years of clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient in comprehensive general dentistry
  • Implant placement experience required
  • Experience completing full-mouth cosmetic and restorative cases required
  • Comfortable diagnosing and performing select endodontic cases
  • Strong surgical, restorative, and treatment-planning skills
  • Confident presenting comprehensive treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and patient-education skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced practice
  • Dependable, productive, ethical, and outcome-oriented
