GiaCare is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of anticipated healthcare services at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (JBSA-Lackland), Texas.Â
The Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight for healthcare contract operations, serving as a key liaison between GiaCare, government representatives, healthcare professionals, and corporate support teams. This position will be responsible for ensuring contractual requirements, staffing objectives, performance standards, and operational expectations are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities
- Direct, coordinate, and administer assigned contract activities to ensure technical, operational, compliance, staffing, and reporting requirements are met.
- Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of healthcare personnel supporting the contract.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate a workforce of healthcare professionals and support personnel.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and support team members throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with recruiting and credentialing teams to support staffing requirements and timely processing of healthcare professionals.
- Monitor staffing levels and collaborate with recruiting personnel to address current and anticipated vacancies.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between GiaCare, government representatives, employees, teaming partners, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with federal government customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance, staffing metrics, operational requirements, and other performance indicators.
- Prepare and provide required reports to government representatives and GiaCare leadership.
- Identify performance trends and implement process improvements to support operational effectiveness and contract compliance.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding employee relations, performance management, and other employment matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, contract requirements, and GiaCare policies and procedures.
- Coordinate site visits and meetings with government representatives and assigned personnel as required.
- Participate in organizational performance reviews, proposal development, strategic initiatives, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Project management experience supporting a government or private-sector personal-services contract for medical or healthcare services.
- Demonstrated experience managing, supervising, and coordinating a program consisting of at least 20 employees.
- Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, motivate, and manage employees.
- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and effectively resolve personnel, customer, and operational issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government representatives, healthcare professionals, corporate personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Must be able to successfully complete all applicable background, security, and installation access requirements.
