Power Generation Superintendent Assistant

$30-$42/hr.
Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, is seeking a Power Generation Assistant Superintendent to support the supervision, installation, and execution of power generation systems within a data center construction environment. This role assists with installation oversight, preparation for commissioning, validation, and final handover while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule requirements. The position requires strong communication skills and technical experience in power generation, electrical, and controls systems. Â This position would be a 12-Month contract, with no guarantee of extension.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day‑to‑day power generation installation activities
- Support proper installation, preparation for commissioning, and system handover
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with site safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors, construction personnel, and site leadership
- Perform and Monitor work progress and quality to meet project schedules and specifications
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, inspectors, and construction trades
- Support troubleshooting of power generation, electrical, and controls systems
- Maintain organized documentation related to installation, testing, and turnover
- Promote a professional and safety‑focused jobsite environment
Required Qualifications
- Power generation system experience
- Electrical systems experience
- Controls system experience
- Ability to work safely in an active data center construction environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and construction personnel

Physical and Work Requirements
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site
- Must provide own basic hand tools
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site daily
- Ability to comply with all project safety, security, and access requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting commissioning of power generation systems
- Experience working on data center, mission‑critical, or industrial construction projects
