What You'll Do:

  • Assist in preparing legal documents, including briefs, motions, and filings for EOIR, USCIS, and federal court.

  • Manage complex cases and maintain deadlines with precision

  • Coordinate with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and schedule appointments

  • Research procedures related to immigration issues

  • Communicate with government agencies, including USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and federal courts

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for immigration law

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in immigration law required

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-energy environment

  • Spanish fluency required
