Who you are:

As a Funds Transfer Specialist III, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to wire funds with Frost. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all wire requests follow established guidelines and procedures. You’ll answer inbound and outbound calls and enjoy providing next-level customer service to every individual you interact with. Our transfer specialists are diligent problem-solvers who constantly deliver our kind of wires experience – the kind that makes people feel secure.

What you’ll do:

• Research and resolve inquiries related to wire transfers including fraudulent activity to ensure that customer assets are secure

• Analyze money movement within consumer and corporate accounts to verify that all transfer transactions are correctly processed   

• Receive high value domestic and international wire requests and ensure that transfers follow bank regulations and procedures

• Reconcile all transactions to a clearing account to certify that transfer amounts are properly balanced out

• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of Funds Transfer experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficiency in computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• 4-6 years of banking experience

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
