Dream Nannies is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper for a wonderful private family in San Antonio, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced household professional who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, long-term position with a kind and respectful family.
The family lives in a beautiful approximately 5,000-square-foot, two-story home with two teenagers, ages 13 and 15, and one small dog. They have an established household team, including a full-time chef and maintenance/grounds professional, and are looking for an experienced housekeeper to join their team as their current housekeeper transitions out of the role.
The ideal candidate will have previous professional housekeeping experience in a luxury private home and be confident with detailed cleaning, laundry, linens, ironing, steaming, organization, and proper care of high-end furnishings and finishes. The family appreciates someone who takes initiative, notices what needs attention, and enjoys keeping a home beautifully maintained and organized.
One of the principals is frequently home during the day, so they are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and discreetly while respecting the family’s space and privacy. Their household has a relaxed, “go with the flow” atmosphere, and they value someone who is positive, professional, easy to work with, and comfortable being part of a team.
Reliability and consistency are especially important to the family. They have very realistic expectations and simply want someone who can come to work, do a great job, communicate well, and be someone they can depend on. Most importantly, they would love to find someone who is looking for a true long-term home and hopes to stay with a family for many years.
The schedule is Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break, with occasional weekend availability as needed. There is no travel, overnight care, or house sitting required. Pay is $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, with an ASAP start date. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome as long as they are able to communicate effectively with the family in English.
