Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $21.50 – $23.50 per hour depending on Class A or C License
Schedule: Day routes – early morning start, some weekends/holidays required

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Class A and C Day Route Drivers to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. This role is perfect for experienced drivers who are customer service-oriented and enjoy working a consistent day route schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes

• Deliver and rotate merchandise for customers in a timely manner

• Complete pre-trip inspections and follow driver safety protocols

• Maintain clean vehicles and report any issues immediately

• Assist with loading trucks and organizing deliveries as needed

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or C Driver’s License

• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience

• Clean driving record (limited violations or accidents in past 3 years)

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures

• Strong communication skills and basic math ability

• Reliable and able to work early mornings, some weekends & holidays
