We're looking for a skilled service technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing an excellent customer experience. The right candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and knows how to find the root cause of a problem—not just replace the failed part.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, straight-cool systems, and modern inverter equipment
  • Perform electrical, refrigeration, and airflow diagnostics
  • Identify root causes and recommend appropriate repair or system solutions
  • Explain findings and available options clearly to homeowners
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Document service calls using ServiceTitan
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and development
  • Work with the service and dispatch teams to provide an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
  • Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience
  • Solid electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of airflow, static pressure, superheat, and subcooling
  • Ability to interpret measurements and use them to make sound diagnostic decisions
  • Experience with modern inverter and communicating HVAC systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve challenging problems
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • EPA certification
  • Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
