The molding process technician is responsible to adjust and monitor injection molding equipment 5/8 Schedule (SUN-TH 10PM-6:30AM) (United States of America)

General Responsibilities

  • Pull and set injection molds (aim for ready to start set-up)
  • Completes color changes
  • Ensure that press tonnage setting & mold damage protection is set
  • Departmental cleaning
  • Set up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal
  • Prepping for upcoming set ups
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement
  • Ensure all quality and production documentation is prepared prior to releasing to production
  • Responsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds and tooling
  • Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company goals and objectives

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrated problem solving and root/cause analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Familiarity with mold tooling and components
  • 0-3 Years
