Job DetailsJob Location: OSC Utah - Salt Lake City, UT 84111The Specialist III, Quality Relations designs and implements training programs in Canvas and ensures content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging across the assigned function or functions within Academic Operations. This role collaborates closely with Specialist II and I to ensure training delivery aligns with departmental needs and company standards.  Key Responsibilities  Build training programs and modules into Canvas for assigned function(s)  Update and maintain existing training content in Canvas based on feedback and evolving processes  Collaborate with Specialist II and I to ensure content accuracy and alignment with functional requirements  Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics  Identify trends in learner or employee training challenges and recommend process improvements  Support Specialist I by providing guidance and mentorship for delivery of training to new hires  Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance training materials and processes  Maintain accurate records of training completion, attendance, and outcomes  Assist in the development and implementation of remediation programs as needed  Ensure consistent use of training technology tools for communication and data integrity  Perform high-impact role duties to maintain credibility within the function  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, instructional design, or related field  Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or instructional design  Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies  Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills  Proficiency in Canvas, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office products  Ability to engage and motivate participants in a functional environment  Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus  Must demonstrate a minimum of one year of high-impact proficiency in current Academic Operations role to be eligible
