Why Choose Trinity Oaks? $5,000 Sign - on Bonus (paid out in increments over the first-year employment). Competitive Pay: LPN- $32 per hr. base pay; RN - $41 per hr. base pay     $2.00/hour differential for 3rd shift $4.00/hour for all weekend shifts $2.00/hour pay in lieu of benefits Daily Pay: Access your earned pay before your scheduled payday. Position Overview As a 3rd Shift Nurse, you'll deliver exceptional care to residents, working closely with physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include: Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely Documenting and maintaining medical records Supervising and supporting the nursing team Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols Fostering a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff Qualifications Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred: 2 years of LPN or RN experience Work Environment Physical activity, including lifting, standing, and assisting residents Commitment to safe transfer and mobility procedures Ready to Make a Difference?
