The Opportunity We are looking for a Director of IT who is strategic, technically knowledgeable, and highly accountable to lead our technology operations and ensure our systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity effectively support the needs and goals of the organization. QualificationsWhat You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible IT experience, including experience with Microsoft network administration, Active Directory, and related systems and applications. Strong experience with Business Intelligence and data analytics platforms, preferably Domo, including data integration, dashboard and KPI development, reporting, data visualization, and translating organizational data into actionable business insights. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and industry-standard security and intrusion-protection practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate technology needs across the organization. What You'll Do Lead the Information Technology Department and IT Support Help Desk, providing direction, supervision, and development of IT staff while ensuring responsive technology support across the organization. Lead the organization’s Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics capabilities, including Domo, ensuring data from key business systems is effectively integrated, governed, analyzed, and transformed into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, reports, and actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Develop and execute the organization’s technology strategy, aligning current and future technology plans, priorities, and investments with Goodwill Central Coast’s strategic goals. Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, including assessing business needs, recommending hardware and software solutions, managing upgrades, and advising senior leadership on technology decisions. Manage IT resources, vendors, budgets, assets, policies, and operational standards, ensuring technology investments and services are effectively managed and support the needs of the organization.
