Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of residential plumbing systems, with a focus on drain issues
• Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to identify and resolve drain blockages, leaks, and other plumbing-related problems
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Always adhere to company safety protocols and best practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a plumbing technician, with a specific focus on drain services
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of drain issues, including clogs, leaks, and backups
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $70,000–$120,000 per year (based on performance and experience)
