What You'll Do

Maintain and repair equipment including overhead cranes, conveyors, heaters, pumps, and hydraulics
Troubleshoot quickly to minimize downtime on a continuous process line
Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
Support rapid breakdown recovery and identify root causes
Work directly with operations during production
Maintain work orders, parts tracking, and failure documentation
Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
Provide fabrication and welding support as needed

What You'll Need

2-4+ years in heavy industrial maintenance
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with motors, drives, PLC basics, and 480V systems
Hydraulics and mechanical systems knowledge
Overhead crane experience preferred
Ability to work in high heat, dusty, zinc-exposure environments
Self-sufficient and able to prioritize during downtime

Your Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
