Information Security Coordinator, IT Operations

We are seeking an Information Security Coordinator to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Together, we are building stronger communities by getting students and colleges the resources they need to succeed and expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California. What You’ll Do 

This position is responsible for Information Technology (“IT”) administration as well as the logistical services that support the Foundation.   

•   Operational: Serves as the first point of contact for IT issues

•   Administration: Responsible for IT-related tasks associated with onboarding and offboarding of employees.

•   Support: Provides support to all Foundation employees relating to equipment and devices.

Attributes for Success  

•   Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.

•   Minimum of one (1) + year(s) of customer service experience.

•  Experience with common security tools in Windows and Mac
