What You’ll DoÂ
This position is responsible for Information Technology (“IT”) administration as well as the logistical services that support the Foundation. Â
 Operational: Serves as the first point of contact for IT issues
 Administration: Responsible for IT-related tasks associated with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
 Support: Provides support to all Foundation employees relating to equipment and devices.
Attributes for Success Â
 Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
 Minimum of one (1) + year(s) of customer service experience.
 Experience with common security tools in Windows and Mac

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$25.00 - $28.85Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
