Description
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background on all hot line stations, with a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set-up for all dishes
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed

- Previous experience working in a full service restaurant
- Strong understanding of food service procedures and standards
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control
- Experience in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
