Breeding Department Head

GENERAL JOB STATEMENT

The Breeding Department Head is responsible for overseeing all daily aspects of swine breeding, including maintaining breeding targets, daily AI breeding, semen inventory and delivery, herd health and vaccination program, nutrition, assisting with isolation and acclimation of replacement gilts, staff development, and record keeping.
