EM Benefits has an exciting career opportunity for a Client Service Coordinator. The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for member enrollment for insurance products for ancillary insurance benefits.The Client Service Coordinator also assists with enrollment of new cases (small employer groups) and eligibility adds, terms and changes for Billing & Enrollment department.
How you'll make an impact
- Data entry of all group addition, changes, and terminations in Euclid Managers Information System.
- Assist with new business enrollment. Maintain workflow to meet the goals established by management.
- Verify and process applications in accordance with established procedures to ensure accurate billings. To include data entry of enrollments for all carriers in Euclid Managers system and carrier online enrollment portal. Additions, changes, terminations.
- Prepare and audit enrollment worksheets to ensure accurate membership.
- Assist with Electronic enrollment files
- Obtain necessary information for enrollment to maintain accurate membership record and provide confirmations in writing to client on new additions and changed memberships.
- Membership confirmation with all carriers.
- Provide customer service to the enrollment call queue.
- Communicate any unusual situation to marketing representative that developed with broker or client.
- Assist with renewal process to ensure billings are updated
- Provide back-up support to Client Service team, Account Managers.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

About You
Required:
Â
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
- General data entry skills required.
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software required.
- Insurance background preferred.
- Excellent phone personality and ability to deal with people.
- Ability to compose clear and concise letters required.
