Float Concierge Banker

This position offers variety by supporting both our branch network and Virtual Banking Center. The ideal candidate enjoys working in different environments, interacting with members through multiple service channels, and adapting to changing business needs while delivering a high-quality experience every day.

Starting Pay: $17.80 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Float Concierge Banker, you will serve members in person and remotely while providing coverage across designated branch locations and virtual service channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver professional member service through face-to-face interactions, video banking, telephone, and digital chat platforms.
• Assist members with everyday account maintenance and service requests.
• Open memberships and help members understand available products and services.
• Process transactions and service requests, including stop payments, check orders, account updates, and wire transfers.
• Support operations in multiple branch locations based on staffing and business demands.
• Utilize Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology to provide efficient member assistance.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with additional financial solutions and refer them to specialized banking staff when appropriate.
• Stay current on credit union products, procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Contribute to a positive member experience.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, financial services, retail sales, or another member-facing environment.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different work locations and changing priorities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently.
• Previous call center, digital banking, or virtual customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work at various branch locations as assigned.
• Availability on Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m and rotating Saturday availability from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. are required.
