With 200 staff across 27 locations, we deliver programs that make a lasting impact.  As an Events intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful organization and promotion of our 5K race event. Your key responsibilities will include: Schedule: Flexible, part-time (16-24 hours/week during business hours, M–F)  Location: EveryMind Headquarters, Rockville, MD (with hybrid opportunities)  Key Responsibilities  Assisting with logistics management, including processing and organizing invoices to ensure smooth event operations. Coordinating outreach efforts by securing materials and recruiting volunteers to help promote the race. Participating in outreach events by providing on-site support as needed. Managing cold calls and outreach communications to connect with local organizations and partners.
