This is a high-visibility role requiring a professional who thrives under executive exposure. You will work directly alongside Associate Directors and Directors to align product workflows and customer updates. The ideal candidate possesses the executive presence, political savvy, and communication acumen necessary to interface daily with senior leadership and act as a trusted operational partner.Ā

Ā What You Will Do:Ā 

  • Take full ownership for a specific customer portfolio, serving as the central point of contact for all product updates, issues, and inquiries.Ā Ā 
  • Proactively communicate product updates, timeline changes, and status updates to customer using customer portals.Ā Ā 
  • Update all lines of balance for specific customer portfolio.Ā 
  • Serve as primary liaison to facilitate communication across engineering, manufacturing, quality control departments, leadership, and customer.Ā 
  • Assist in preparing executive summaries and presentations within highly regulated environments, ensuring adherence to customer guidelines.Ā 
  • Serve as primary contact point for coordinating high-profile customer on-site visits, executive meetings, and representing the product-line during visits to designated customer facilities.Ā Ā 
  • Identify risks to material ā€œon time deliveryā€ and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.Ā Ā 
  • Work closely with associate director and director level leadership.Ā Ā 

What You Will Bring:Ā 

  • High School Diploma or GEDĀ 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferredĀ 
  • 3-5 years' experience in product management, project coordination, account management, or executive-facing administration roleĀ 
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite of programs, especially Word (document creation), PowerPoint, Excel (hardware tracking) and SAPĀ 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze dataĀ 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ Ā 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independentlyĀ 
  • Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is requiredĀ 

Pay Range: $30.00- $33.00/hr.

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Ā 

Work Requirements:Ā 

This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL.Ā 

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Ā Ā 

Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, loud noise, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Ā 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, there is potential to travel based on business needs.Ā Ā 

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is requiredĀ
