Job Title: Experienced Header Die Repair - Tooling

Job Location: Rockford, IL - 1111 Samuelson Road

Job Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am

About the role: Die Repair and tooling is considered experienced if they have 2 years or more experience in using lathes and run form grinding for repairing header dies and occasionally make tools for manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Learn MNP's processes and work instructions

Set up and operator assigned equipment

Read manufacturing and tooling prints to meet print tolerances

Complete work per instructions and SOP's

Complete required paperwork

Enter information into the computer as instructed

Document/report and problems with the equipment

Participate in 5S housekeeping

Work in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Essential skills required for success at MNP:

Mechanically inclined

Able to use hand tools, grinders and lathes.

Possess basic computer skills

Able to read job instructions

Able to complete required paperwork

Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, and sit as needed throughout the day

Able to communicate clearly and effectively

Able to pass a pre-employment, post-offer physical, drug screen

Able to pass a background check
