Position Summary
A Bartender with Farmhouse Table Food is an engaging, organized, and customer service focused individual who works in conjunction with the designated team in providing outstanding service and maintaining standards of cleanliness and safety. Bartenders will be required to support efforts in maintaining inventory counts, daily/weekly/monthly cleaning duties, and driving a positive atmosphere for teammates and foster an exceptional experience for clients for events, the Farmhouse Table Food event space, and for the downtown Café location. Bartenders will be responsible for ensuring appropriate inventory levels are communicated to leadership, as well as managing their assigned cash drawer for the shift. They will be responsible for attending required meetings and completing mandatory trainings as assigned. Bartenders will be responsible for attending events or their shifts to ensure operations are running smoothly, work in a bartending capacity, & assist the service and kitchen teams to drive an exceptional experience for guests.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
·       Creation and service of menu and specially requested bar items/beverages.
·       Maintaining & communicating adequate inventory levels.
·       Addressing customer & partner inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
·       Ensuring safe consumption of alcohol and reporting/addressing concerns.
·       Maintain cleanliness standards, bar organization, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
·       Attend events/shifts to ensure optimal operations and ensure an exceptional quality of service, as well as build/maintain relationships with guests.
·       Assist in coordinating event set-up, clean-up, managing timelines, and overseeing event execution.

 
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
·       1-5 years’ experience bartending, creating cocktails, & working coordinated events required.
·       Bartending School Certification/Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
·       Strong communication skills.
·       Problem-solving skills.
·       Time management and ability to multi-task.
·       Schedule flexibility.
·       Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
·       Excellent customer service skills and mindset.
