Role and Responsibilities

Coordinates activities related to Talent Acquisition support, as well as administrative and project management support for Human Resources.

Essential Functions

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist Talent Acquisition team in recruiting prospective trainees and candidates for open training classes and positions across the HCR footprint. 
  • Source candidates using current tools.
  • Conduct phone screens for candidates and reference checks for new hires.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system via ADP.
  • Assist in preparing, collecting, and reviewing new hire on-boarding paperwork/credentialling.
  • Assist with preparing offer letters, send on-boarding emails, and follow-up with applicants.
  • Review new hire files for accuracy and completeness, and coordinates with HR team.

 Human Resources:

  • Assist with scanning personnel files into WorldView and ensure indexing is up to date and accurate.
  • Responsible for running monthly vehicle maintenance report and distributing to Director, Administrative Operations.
  • Acts as the primary contact for COVID tracking and follow-up.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis regarding turnover tracking, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Process monthly termination report to assist with this analysis.
  • Manage and process to resolution any Unemployment claims that are submitted by terminated employees.
  • Act as back-up for HR Coordinator II, when needed.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • ADP experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to organize and lead projects and work under deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational skills of stooping, kneeling, walking, lifting, grasping, pulling and standing.
  • Must be able to lift / move up to 25 lbs.
  • The employee must be able to hear within normal range with corrected hearing in a minimum of one ear, and have corrected vision of 20/40 bilaterally.
  • Must be able to sustain prolonged periods in seated position.
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
