Utility Driver - Route Support

Route Make-Up

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Route Make-Up team member to support our delivery operations. This position plays an important role in preparing and organizing customer orders, so they are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, productive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires repetitive lifting and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional and dependable approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and distribute products and materials for customer deliveries
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements
• Communicate effectively with other departments, locations, and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established procedures for product handling and preparation
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

• Stable and dependable work history
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to repeatedly load, push, pull, and lift to 50 pounds
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks
• Previous warehouse, production, route, or material-handling experience is a plus
