Main Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Job Role
Directly supervises the Product Support Sales team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Duties include appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in a timely manner.

Ensures PSSR's effectively manage their territory, assist in building and strengthening relationships with customers and expanding the customer base, including specific accounts, products and/or industries. This may involve making formal presentations to business owners and key managers. Conducts periodic progress reviews.

Serves as the Major Account Representative for assigned accounts. Interacts with Caterpillar Corporate Representatives and site level Ring Power Product Support Sales reps to strengthen relationships with customers, develop product support sales strategies, manage accounts receivables and grow customer loyalty.

Ensures the Service and Parts sales budgets are met for the Territory sales force.
Â
Develop & Implement Parts and Service Growth Strategies using customer information, Ring Power data, Caterpillar Commercial Programs and Industry data to grow customer parts and service spend.
Â
Collaborates with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations. Ensuring that the PSSR is well aware of the offerings of the company and seeks opportunity for each. Ensure PSSRs work closely with Branch service, sales, and parts personnel to accomplish common goals.

Works closely with Caterpillar Representatives, keeping in tune with current initiatives and utilizing all applicable Commercial Programs available.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Formal Education High School diploma or GED

Experience 5-6 years
Required / Credentials
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with all levels of the organization of Ring Power employees, Caterpillar Representatives and customer business owners and Equipment Managers.
Â
10 years of experience in Product Support in Caterpillar Equipment.
Â
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Products to include Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
Â
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license and be able to cover the assigned territory by motor vehicle.
