Join us at flyExclusive and take your career to new heights!   Summary and Objective   The 145 MRO Buyer is responsible for overseeing the procurement of all aircraft-related parts, equipment, services, and supplies necessary to support the company’s overall 145/MRO operations, including support for outside customers and MSU operations at outstations. This role involves sourcing aircraft parts and services, initiating purchase orders, expediting existing orders, and coordinating logistics to meet immediate operational requirements. Responsibilities also include supporting the needs of the 145/MRO, Interior, and Paint Shops, or other departments are requested by the Manager/Director.  The position ensures that all service requests are addressed promptly and effectively supporting the return of customer core units in accordance with customer requirements. Additionally, the 145 MRO Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all material eligible for customer billing is properly identified and provided to the appropriate departments for accurate inclusion on customer invoices.  Essential functions  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.  Continuous follow-up to ensure supplier and delivery commitments are met.   Shall positively support and promote safety, security, and quality as a fundamental function of the overall responsibility.   Ensure compliance with maintenance requisitions in a way that minimizes inventory investments and meets time requirements.   Review all purchase requisitions for content, accuracy, interchangeability, and the level of urgency.
