JSM & Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is strategic and visually driven to elevate our brand within the aviation industry. In this role, the Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives that showcase our current and next-generation aviation concepts. Will blend B2B marketing strategies with luxury brand management, ensuring our design capabilities resonate with commercial airlines, airport architects, and airport decision-makers. This is a career-track opportunity, and we are looking for an individual ready to commit to a long-term professional future with our company, with an expected commitment of at least 1 year.

Compensation:

  • Full-Time
  • Weekly Pay
  • Annual Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Work Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid); however, occasional changes in the work schedule may occur, based on operational needs.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead brand strategy and positioning, establishing the company as a leader in aviation design and innovation
  • Develop high-end marketing content, including portfolios, case studies, lookbooks, video, and digital campaigns
  • Manage the company’s website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo, and email marketing
  • Partner with Sales/Business Development on proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses
  • Conduct market research to identify aviation, sustainability, and emerging industry trends
  • Lead trade show, design expo, PR, and media initiatives
  • Collaborate with designers and visualization teams to create compelling, technically accurate marketing assets
  • Maintain and optimize brand templates, presentations, capabilities materials, and project portfolios
  • Safety and compliance training as required
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the aviation design sector
  • Proven track record of managing a premium or B2B brand, with an eye for clean, sophisticated design aesthetics
  • Exceptional writing skills capable of bridging technical engineering with elegant storytelling. Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation platforms to polish final deliverables
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and premium presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint) is highly preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools 

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, sit for long periods of time, bend, use hands to manipulate (type), talk and hear; walk and sit
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
