We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team.  Position Summary As a Dispatcher, you'll be the one who keeps everything moving, coordinating technicians and  customers so every job runs smoothly. No two days look the same, and you're the one thinking  on your feet, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities • Schedule technicians for appointments based on availability, skillset, and location • Track call volume and technician status to keep the schedule running smoothly • Adjust schedules quickly for emergencies, cancellations, or reschedules • Keep customers updated on appointment times and any delays • Give technicians the job details and directions they need before each call • Serve as the main point of contact for technicians throughout the day • Keep accurate records of completed jobs, reschedules, and customer feedback   We Offer • Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses • 401(k) retirement with company match • Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off • Company events & parties • Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term  disability insurance QualificationsRequirements Education • High school diploma or equivalent required Experience • 1+ year of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred • Trades or service industry experience a plus • ServiceTitan or similar dispatch/CRM software experience preferred Licenses/Certifications • Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Organized with strong attention to detail Physical Demands and Conditions • Sitting for extended periods, typing, and using a headset Work Environment/Travel • Office-based, fast-paced environment • May require occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call availability Ability to pass background check and drug screenin
