You must enjoy working in a variety of conditions, inside, outside, in crawl spaces, and utilizing an extension ladder safely up to 32 ft. You must be able to work independently, have strong organizational and communication skills, can operate technological tools such as smartphones, would be neat in appearance, be a good communicator, and definitely be unafraid of bugs and pests. Requirements

  Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift 75 lbs., crawl, crouch, climb, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Work in diverse environments such as attics, crawl spaces, basements, ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces.
• Work in outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Ability to use power tools, ladders, and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely.
