Job Summary:
Supports the implementation of project controls processes on construction projects. Collects, organizes, and analyzes data related to cost, schedule, and progress to support informed decision-making. Works closely with project managers and senior controls staff to track project performance and ensure compliance with DPR’s procedures and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and maintenance of project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
Prepares progress updates and analyzes project performance against baselines.
Collects and validates data from project teams to support accurate financial and schedule reporting.
Supports cost change management, including tracking and updating budget adjustments.
Coordinates with schedulers and cost managers to ensure consistency between time and cost data.
Prepares documentation and reports to support monthly project reviews.
Contributes to continuous improvement efforts and adoption of best practices in project controls.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
3–5 years of experience in construction project controls, cost management, or scheduling required.

Certifications and Licenses:
None required; Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent preferred.
