You'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring everything is packed perfectly and on time, so our customers get what they need, when they need it. Key Responsibilities: - Pack products with care and precision, making sure everything looks great and is ready for shipping. - Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and safe production line operations. - Work as part of a team to keep the production line moving smoothly and efficiently. - Check products for quality before they are packed to make sure they meet our high standards. - Help keep the work area clean and organized, because a tidy space is a happy space! - Communicate with team members and supervisors to solve any packing problems that might pop up. - Follow safety guidelines to keep yourself and your teammates safe and sound. - Be ready to lend a hand wherever needed to make sure the day's work gets done.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. - Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment. Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. - Good attention to detail to ensure quality packaging. - Basic math skills for counting and measuring. - Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed. - Good communication skills to report issues or improvements.
