Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Richmond, Kentucky. We’re open to Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates, including new graduates.

At H2 Health, we want clinicians to have the support to focus on patient care. For most Full-Time outpatient clinicians, we generally target approximately 10–12 patient visits per day, supported by strong administrative resources and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology.

At H2 Health - Richmond, you’ll work with a diverse general outpatient population and collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and confidence.

Your Role

  • Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance, mobility, and functional interventions
  • Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT
  • Educate patients on recovery, movement, and home exercise programs
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification, if applicable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; outpatient experience is not required
