About the RoleĀ
Ā
As our Packing Supervisor,Ā you'llĀ oversee daily operations across highly automated production lines, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient execution of the production plan.Ā You'llĀ coordinate activities between Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams toĀ maintainĀ operational continuity. Your role will involve monitoringĀ productionĀ KPIs, overseeing automation systems through MES, SCADA, HMI, and leading problem-solving activities to address downtime and quality concerns.Ā You'llĀ also coach and develop frontline operators and technicians, supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, production flow, and operational efficiency.Ā
Required QualificationsĀ
Ā
Experience in manufacturing or productionĀ operationsĀ leading teams in a production or automated manufacturing environment.Ā
Experience working with automated equipment, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, or material handling systems.Ā
Experience with MES, SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.Ā
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operational environments.Ā
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during operational issues or production disruptions.Ā
Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.Ā
Preferred QualificationsĀ
Ā
Experience in highly automated or Industry 4.0 manufacturing environments.Ā
LeanĀ manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.Ā
Experience supporting production ramp-ups or changeovers.Ā
Knowledge of structured problem-solving tools such as PDCA, A3, or 5-Why.Ā
Experience in consumer goods, automotive, plastics, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries.Ā
Desired education in engineering, automation, mechatronics, technical operations, or a similar field is preferred.Ā

This position is for the night shift, 6 pm to 6 am (2-2-3) schedule

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $84,674.00 - $127,010.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
