Line Operator

Production & Packaging Operator (Forklift Experience Preferred)

Base rate: $21.84 + $2 night differential. 

• Full-time work is about 14- 15 days per month!

• 12-hour day shift, meaning you get 3-4 days off in a row each week! (you always work the same shift and same days each week)
  • Day and Night Shifts available - 7:00AM- 7:00PM /7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

A crew Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday 7am-7pm

B crew Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday -7pm-7am

C crew Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday 7am-7pm

D Crew Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday 7pm-7am

What a "Day in the Life" is Like

A typical day as an operator includes:

• Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly during the workday as part of the job's regular duties
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Protect the customer. Manage product quality by adherence to product specifications, GMP's & Sanitation Guidelines, FM prevention, HACCP and assisting with inline routine sanitation, area sanitation & tool inspection.
• Protecting yourself and others and participation in regular safety/sanitation inspections, maintaining orderliness of work areas and ensuring proper Lock, Tag and Try of equipment.
• Performing cleaning with the use of high-pressure hoses and cleaning agents on machinery, product belts, floors, pipes and walls. Also performing dry cleaning where applicable.
• Employee Development. Operator is responsible for the training of all team members in safety, sanitation and job duties in their area. Responsible to ensure that all upgrades in the area are trained and qualified to perform the essential duties of this position in their absence.
• Audit process data paperwork and computer entries for completeness and accuracy.
• Observing all machinery for safe operations in the assigned area.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in company-sponsored training processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Operator experience
• The ability to consistently lift or move 50lbs
• Forklift Experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple correspondence as well as communicate in small group situations.
