Summary
The Coordinator, Sponsorship Operations is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Sponsorship Operations with the development, management, and fulfillment of sponsorship partnerships. This role works closely with the internal sales teams and external partners to ensure sponsors receive maximum value and visibility while supporting the organization’s revenue and engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of sponsorship and marketing opportunities
- Draft sponsorship confirmation letters and create inventory and specification sheets.
- Assist in launching sponsorship modules and developing sponsorship brochures.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a comprehensive library of sponsorship opportunities, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Collect, organize, and manage sponsor logos and brand assets within a centralized digital library, ensuring all files are current and properly formatted.
- Audit sales reports against the sponsorship tracker, modules, and brochures to ensure all inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
- Gather performance metrics from vendors and prepare post‑event or post‑campaign reports for sponsors.
- Monitor industry trends and research new sponsorship opportunities, including gathering vendor quotes, specifications, renderings, and deadlines, and provide recommendations to support program growth.
- Provide onsite event support as needed to ensure sponsorships are executed accurately and on time.Â

Qualifications
Â
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, events, or sales support preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Relationship-building and client service mindset
- Experience with events or marketing campaigns is a plus
