As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the USFHP Compliance and Privacy Program — working at the intersection of healthcare operations, regulatory integrity, and patient advocacy. Required Qualifications:
2 years Compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or health-related field
Upon hire: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)Â
3 years Information Security, Health Information Management, Accreditation Services, or Revenue Cycle Services in lieu of direct Compliance/Privacy experience.
