As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the USFHP Compliance and Privacy Program — working at the intersection of healthcare operations, regulatory integrity, and patient advocacy. In this impactful role, you will partner with operational and clinical teams to identify compliance risks, interpret regulatory requirements, monitor performance, investigate concerns, and drive meaningful corrective actions — all while ensuring our organization meets the highest standards of accountability and patient privacy. Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years Compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or health-related field

  • Upon hire: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) 

  • 3 years Information Security, Health Information Management, Accreditation Services, or Revenue Cycle Services in lieu of direct Compliance/Privacy experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
