Licensed Esthetician (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Experienced Professionals | $60–$85 per Service

Join Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, a nationally recognized brand known for delivering high-quality, results-driven skincare services in a relaxing day spa environment. We are seeking experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, client relationships, and maximizing their earning potential.

- High earning potential: $60–$85 per service

- Perform professional facials, customized skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic services

- Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations

- Recommend and sell skincare products and memberships to support client results

- Build and maintain strong client retention and repeat business

- Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation, hygiene, and state board regulations

- Consistently meet or exceed service and retail sales goals

- Active Florida Esthetician License (required)

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or skincare setting preferred

- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

- Strong background in facials, skincare treatments, and product recommendations

- Proven ability in sales, client retention, and customer service

- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
