What we offer: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 annual earning potential based on performance, with top performers having the ability to earn above average. 401k with Company match Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Ongoing training and development Weekly Pay Employee discounts on service, parts and vehicles Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management Utilize CRM tracking system daily Qualifications At least one previous role based in customer service experience Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Strong computer skills While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. Qualifications Computer & Internet skills required Proficiency in Microsoft office applications Ability to follow through on leads and close sales Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment a plus Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment Positive, can-do attitude Team-oriented Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required
