Job DetailsJob Location: MA - Randolph, MA 02368Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: Negligible Work with and support Project Team and subcontractors and any others involved with the compliance reporting requirements of assigned projects. Organization of compliance related documents to subcontractors on assigned projects. Maintain project tracking summary for assigned projects. Organize & maintain copies of weekly reporting submitted by contractors on assigned projects. Handle all compliance communications (i.e., incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails) on assigned projects. Maintain all compliance related documents on assigned projects. Collect, accurately review and process & submit Certified payroll reports on State/Federal Prevailing wage projects according to lender requirements on applicable assigned projects in a timely manner. Collect, accurately review, process & submit reports to City of Boston reporting agencies on assigned projects in a timely manner. Follow up with subcontractors to obtain delinquent reports/required information in a timely manner. Collection & Submission of Boston Resident Verification forms on applicable assigned projects. Process & Collect Section 3 Qualification sheets from contractors. Create & submit reports detailing NEI Field Staff (Laborer’s/Carpenter’s) hours on assigned projects. Assisting with special projects and additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Preferred one (1) year of experience is required in Contract Compliance or closely related area. Experience with HUD Section 3, Boston Resident’s Job Policy requirements and reporting is preferred but not required. Should be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and detail-oriented. Able to prioritize in order to meet assigned deadlines. Team player with strong communication skills, proactive approach, willingness to work independently and produce results in a fast-paced environment. Capable of communicating well and in a professional and positive manner. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with ProCore – preferred but not required. Familiarity with the construction trades – preferred but not required.
