Toddler Teacher – Early Childhood Education

Pay: $17 per hour

The Learning Experience – Ramsey is looking for an energetic and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
Toddlers are busy discovering their independence, building language, making friends, and exploring everything around them. You’ll help turn that natural curiosity into meaningful learning experiences while providing the structure and consistency young children need.
What You’ll Do
- Â Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Toddler classroomÂ
-  Implement age-appropriate activities and The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. CurriculumÂ
- Â Engage children through art, music, movement, sensory play, and hands-on learningÂ
- Â Encourage language development, independence, and positive social skillsÂ
- Â Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitionsÂ
- Â Maintain consistent routines and positive classroom guidanceÂ
-  Observe children’s development and support individual milestonesÂ
- Â Build positive relationships with children and familiesÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroomÂ
- Â Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirementsÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Â Previous experience working with children preferredÂ
- Â Toddler, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience is a plusÂ
- Â Patient, energetic, dependable, and nurturingÂ
- Â Strong communication and teamwork skillsÂ
- Â Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirementsÂ
