The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
Our Infant Teachers create a warm, responsive environment where babies feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Through consistent routines, sensory experiences, movement, and meaningful interactions, you’ll help our youngest learners reach important early developmental milestones.
What You’ll Do
- Â Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants throughout the dayÂ
- Â Support feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized daily routinesÂ
- Â Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory, movement, and early learning experiencesÂ
- Â Encourage early language, physical, cognitive, and social-emotional developmentÂ
- Â Observe and support developmental milestonesÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Infant classroomÂ
- Â Build trusting relationships and communicate positively with familiesÂ
- Â Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadershipÂ
- Â Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirementsÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Â Previous experience working with children preferredÂ
- Â Infant, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience is a plusÂ
- Â Comfortable with feeding, diapering, and individualized infant routinesÂ
- Â Patient, nurturing, reliable, and team-orientedÂ
- Â Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirementsÂ
