What You'll Do
- Greet patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
- Accurately register patients by entering demographic, insurance, and guarantor information into the electronic medical record system.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect copays, deductibles, and other point-of-service payments.
- Complete patient check-in and check-out processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, clinical staff, and the community to facilitate a positive patient experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support front office operations to ensure smooth patient flow and an outstanding patient experience.

Who We're Looking For
- A customer-focused professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting with responsibilities such as patient registration, check-in/check-out, scheduling, or front desk operations.
- Knowledge of medical insurance verification and point-of-service collections.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter and maintain patient information.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to service excellence.

- Previous experience delivering high-quality customer service and creating positive experiences for patients and families.
