Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research and Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

 

The Regulatory Affairs functions in our company play a critical role in bringing new medical advancements to patients by enabling efficient communication and compliance across global regulatory agencies. As part of a leading network at the forefront of healthcare innovation, we help deliver reliable, compliant medical products, practices, and solutions worldwide.

The Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS) Business Development Execution (BDE) team is seeking a Summer Intern to join our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience to gain insight into the realization of business deal implementation. Working in the team and having exposure to business development deal types will provide a broad view of the differing levels of engagement.

Qualifications:

We are seeking motivated candidates who demonstrate:

  • Strong academic performance (all academic levels considered)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment

  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset

  • Interest in healthcare, regulatory affairs, or business development

  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI

  • Experience applying AI to improve task efficiency

  • Foundational project and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, or related field

  • Familiarity with regulatory processes or clinical development

  • Experience with data analysis or process improvement initiatives

Location & Work Model

Rahway, NJ OR North Wales, PA; (hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote)
