Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Digital Strategy & Insights Intern will work with a team focused on driving digital transformation, process innovation, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled business solutions. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that improve business processes, enhance user experiences, and unlock value through analytics and emerging technologies.

The intern will gain exposure to digital strategy development, process optimization, AI and automation initiatives, data visualization, and change management programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across business functions.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify insights and opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.

  • Assist with AI, automation, and workflow enablement projects.

  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital best practices.

  • Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering activities.

  • Support business case development and value realization tracking.

  • Help prepare executive presentations, communications, and training materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of digital solutions.

  • Interest in digital transformation, data, automation, and AI.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, or workflow technologies.

  • Coursework in data science, analytics, digital strategy, or process improvement.
