Compensation
- $46–$75 per visit/hour (Pay based on experience, location, and employment type)
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities
- Full-time and part-time schedules available
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients in their homes
- Implement treatment plans created by supervising Occupational Therapists
- Document services and patient progress
- Educate caregivers on home programs
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapists
- Maintain accurate clinical records

Qualifications
Current Arizona COTA license, CPR certification, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.
Previous pediatric experience is welcomed but not required.
