Position OverviewÂ
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the operations, financial performance, andÂ
overall administration of multiple condominium and homeowners’ associations. This role worksÂ
closely with Board Members, residents, vendors, and onsite staff to ensure communities areÂ
professionally maintained and operate efficiently.Â
Core ResponsibilitiesÂ
ï‚· Oversee the daily operations of assigned communities.Â
ï‚· Serve as the primary liaison and advisor to Association Boards.Â
ï‚· Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and reserve planning.Â
ï‚· Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, inspections, and contract services.Â
ï‚· Supervise and support onsite staff and community personnel.Â
ï‚· Attend Board meetings and prepare agendas, reports, and follow-up items.Â
ï‚· Ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes.Â
ï‚· Address homeowners are concerned and provide excellent customer service.Â
ï‚· Monitor property conditions and coordinate capital improvement projects.Â
QualificationsÂ
ï‚· Active Florida LCAM license required.Â
ï‚· 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience preferredÂ
ï‚· Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.Â
ï‚· Experience with accounting/property management software; CINC experienceÂ
preferred.Â
ï‚· Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities effectively.Â
